(b) Asa banker you were served with a garnishee order against a customer in respect of an
unpaid judgement debt of N70,000 covering all cost. How would you proceed if the
customer has the following:
(i) A current account with a debit balance N20,000 (2marks)
(ii) A current account with a credit balance N150,000 (2marks)
(iii) Two current accounts of credit balance N 70,000 and debit balance N50,000(2marks)
